Ingredients
  • 8 c. coleslaw mix
  • ½ c. shredded carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ c. Organicville Ketchup
  • ¼ c. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. sriracha
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup

Directions
  1. Add the coleslaw mix, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion to a large mixing bowl. Toss to combine.
  2. Whisk together the Organicville Ketchup, lime juice, sriracha, and maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing into the bowl with the vegetables and stir until the vegetables are coated with the dressing.
  4. Taste the slaw and adjust the seasoning as needed. If you prefer it spicier, add a bit more sriracha. If you like it sweeter, add a bit more maple syrup.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Before serving, stir the coleslaw and serve chilled.
