  • 20 Gluten-Free Crackers
  • ½ c. Aged Goat Cheese, sliced
  • 4 Figs, sliced
  • 4 tbsp. Organicville® Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Preheat the broiler to high.
  2. Arrange crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Top each cracker with a slice of goat cheese.
  4. Drizzle ½ teaspoon balsamic vinaigrette over each cracker.
  5. Transfer to the oven and broil for 2-5 minutes, watching carefully, until the cheese is warm and starting to brown.
  6. Remove the crackers from the oven. Top each cracker with a fig slice.
  7. Serve warm crackers immediately.
