- 20 Gluten-Free Crackers
- ½ c. Aged Goat Cheese, sliced
- 4 Figs, sliced
- 4 tbsp. Organicville® Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions
- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Arrange crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Top each cracker with a slice of goat cheese.
- Drizzle ½ teaspoon balsamic vinaigrette over each cracker.
- Transfer to the oven and broil for 2-5 minutes, watching carefully, until the cheese is warm and starting to brown.
- Remove the crackers from the oven. Top each cracker with a fig slice.
- Serve warm crackers immediately.
