Spinach and Artichoke Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 c. Organicville® Ranch Dressing
  • 10 oz. Fresh Spinach, chopped
  • ½ c. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 1 ½ c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 14 oz. Canned Artichoke Hearts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Dried Oregano

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish with oil, butter or cooking spray.
  2. Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Fold in spinach, parmesan cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, artichokes, and oregano.
  4. Transfer the prepared mixture to the dish.
  5. Top with remaining ½ cup mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips and your favorite crudités veggies.
